Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece remains unworn and in its original packaging. Engraved, resized, and bespoke commissions are final sale.
Emeralds, whether mined or laboratory-grown, share the same composition and ask for the same considered care. Avoid exposure to heat, ultrasonic and steam cleaning, perfumes, cosmetics, and household chemicals. Clean only with a soft, lint-free cloth, and store separately in the original pouch. We offer a complimentary annual inspection to preserve the integrity of every setting.
